The hotel is very clean and modern. It look like the whole building is new. It is convenient by driving to CBD and nearby stores. Plenty of car parks. We are very satisfied.

Everything was excellent. The common room is decorated to the nines with all kinds of interesting things. Breakfast was a continental breakfast, but with plenty of choices and fresh bread. The location is not completely perfect as it is located right next to Highway 1. However, the windows are very well insulated and the hotel even provides earplugs, which I didn't need as at night there was not much traffic. Otherwise it is within easy walking distance of the historic Victorian downtown area, the Steampunk Museum, and even the penguins.
