Everything was perfect: the room, the beach and pools, the restautants and bar, the territory. The hotel operates in harmony with nature. We feel relaxed and comfortable there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and delicious. To my mind the hotel is one of the best in Ras Al Khaimah.

Rooms were spacious and nice, The pool area was very kid friendly and lifeguards were active and around. Towels were provided and it was a very compact property which had its own privacy and a private beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a private beach and a kids club on this property.

Rooms are very spacious and clean.Beds are king size and very confortable. Daily change of towels, fresh water and coffee/tea. Staff is very polite and helpful. Lots of activities with Divein Bar Claw and Karma Caffe as a plus. Lots of outdoor activities. The infinity pool is just top notch!! Congratz for that! Losts of sunbeds both at the beach and at the pool. Breakfast is simply a delight!!

Within the sanctuary of a protected nature reserve, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert is a unique remote getaway just 45 minutes from Dubai. The villa was very beautiful. The view on the desert was amazing. Especially during sunset and at night. It was very calm. The butler Charith was extremely professional and helpful. He welcomed us with warmth and great energy. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything is set up for our special occasion. Charith was also available to help us with all our requests in no time! My fiancee needed nail polish, but it was not available in the hotel. Charith the superstar had a solution, sent a taxi buy it from a mall that was 25mins from the hotel. This is what we call great professionalism and amazing sense of hospitality. Another one was when we were having dinner and his shift was ending around 10pm. We needed the bone fire to be lit up in the villa at around 11:30pm to enjoy the beautiful night in the desert. He made sure ti make it happen, and asked someone to be ready to do it when we come back. (He even brought us marshmallows!!) Wow what an experience, and Charith made it even more special and memorable. Thank you Charith and Kudos to you if you are reading this review!

This 5-star resort is on the northern tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Breakfast just.too bad compared with other 5 stars hotels or resorts .The Salads could not call it salads, it is just they just clean and chop the vegetables and put.there.
